Job summary

Great Dane in Savannah, GA is seeking an Operations Execution Manager to drive operational performance across the manufacturing network. The role partners with Plant Managers and enterprise leaders to solve complex challenges and ensure alignment with company strategy.

You will lead workstreams, own initiatives with measurable impact, and develop readiness for Plant Manager while building financial acumen and cross-functional influence. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership experience in manufacturing or operations environments
• Proven ability to drive results in fast-paced, complex environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to influence across functions and levels
• Travel: Up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Partners with Plant Managers to support daily execution and performance improvement
• Identifies operational gaps and contribute to solutions
• Supports stabilization efforts at underperforming plants
• Leads defined workstreams or smaller initiatives within larger projects
• Executes against established timelines and deliverables
• Partners with Engineering, Finance, Sales, and HR to support execution
• Builds foundational ability to influence without authority
• Participates in deployment assignments to support plant needs
• Contributes to problem-solving in fast-paced environments
• Builds understanding of plant operations, metrics, and leadership expectations
• Develops leadership and operational decision-making capability
• Other duties as assigned.
