Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required)
• Experience in process mapping and data analysis
• Experience supporting or leading improvement efforts in business/operational functions
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Ability to facilitate events and drive follow-through on actions
• Strong collaboration across teams in a matrixed environment
• Experience with DMAIC or similar problem-solving methodologies

• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and facilitate improvement events

• Manage and support multiple initiatives or workstreams
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to business partners
