Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, professional improvement, operations, or related roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma tools to support process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in process mapping (SIPOC, swimlane diagrams, Value Stream Mapping).
• Ability to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Event Facilitation and experience with Kaizen/RIE events.
• Knowledge of DMAIC or similar structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and support insights-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment and coordinating across teams.
