Job summary

System One in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead lean methodologies across the organization. This role partners with the leadership team to institutionalize continuous improvement, identify value-creating projects, and train stakeholders in lean principles to boost operational efficiency and reduce costs.

You will drive LEAN or Six Sigma transformations, build internal capabilities, and communicate progress with senior management using visual management tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years demonstrated experience with increasing responsibility in developing and implementing successful continuous improvement programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Experience leading LEAN or Six Sigma transformations and driving change across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop & drive BPM strategy, including process mapping and change management framework for process improvement.
• Establish and communicate the business process vision, providing strategic direction for LEAN or Six Sigma CI initiatives.
• Deliver sustainable change by focusing on strategic priorities to maximise value.
• Lead and drive large LEAN or Six Sigma transformations.
• Empower and upskill internal teams to create sustainable capability and a culture of continuous improvement.
