Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Business Process Manager for an onsite contract role in Oro Valley, AZ. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma-based improvements, partner with leadership, and institutionalize continuous improvement across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 7+ years in continuous improvement programs with increasing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience leading large transformations across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the overall business process management strategy with process mapping and change management.
• Lead Lean or Six Sigma improvements across multiple functions to maximize value.
• Deliver sustainable change by prioritizing strategic initiatives.
• Upskill teams to build continuous improvement capabilities.
• Document Lean processes and report on improvements and financial impact.
