BEPC Inc. is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager to lead Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and continuous improvement initiatives in Tucson, AZ.

This highly visible role partners with leadership to identify opportunities, drive large-scale transformations, and establish a culture of operational excellence. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of progressive experience, a Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt, and a proven track record of delivering cost savings and efficiency gains through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 7+ years of progressive experience developing and implementing continuous improvement programs.
• Experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with Business Process Management strategies, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the organization's BPM strategy.
• Establish process mapping and change management frameworks.
• Define and communicate the business process vision for Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Lead large-scale Lean and Six Sigma transformations.
• Identify end-to-end process improvement opportunities across the organization.
