Job summary

Spectraforce in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to drive lean methodologies across the organization.

The BPM will lead process mapping, change management, and CI initiatives, partnering with leadership to achieve cost reductions and efficiency gains.

This onsite role requires a Black Belt, 7+ years of CI experience, and a proven track record in transforming operations in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, SCM, Business Admin, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 7+ years experience in developing and implementing CI programs.
• Preferred: Master Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive BPM strategy including process mapping and change management.
• Establish and communicate the BPM vision, providing strategic direction for LEAN or Six Sigma CI initiatives.
• Deliver sustainable change by focusing on strategic priorities to maximize value.
• Lead large LEAN or Six Sigma transformations across the organization.
• Empower internal teams to create sustainable capability and promote continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of LEAN Six Sigma and change leadership throughout the organization.
• Identify end-to-end improvement opportunities and design processes with maximum value.
