Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a PEX Sr. Associate to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement in Mesa, AZ. This full-time, onsite role requires Green Belt certification and 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a KPO/BPO environment. Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills are essential.

The position offers a competitive salary range ($80,000-$100,000) with Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to plan terms.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Green Belt from a reputed certifying body (e.g. ASQ) with Lean/Six Sigma expertise.
• Experience in a relevant domain; KPO experience preferred.
• 4–6 years of work experience, with at least 4 years in the relevant field.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement culture through Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations at KPO/BPO.
• Understand and articulate problems/issues from delivery/operations teams.
• Prepare business cases, project charters, BRDs and use cases (RPA/Automation Assessments).
• Explore solutions for problems and process bottlenecks.
• Contribute to change initiatives on the floor and transformation governance.
• Report issues to transformation leaders for timely resolution.
