Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a detail-oriented Operations Excellence Specialist to drive process improvements across manufacturing.

You will analyze workflows, lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects, and develop KPIs and dashboards to improve Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety, and Engagement. Role focuses on eliminating waste, documenting standard work, coordinating cross-functional teams, and sustaining improvements through change management and training.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with Lean/Six Sigma certification.
• 1–3+ years in operational excellence or process improvement.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve manufacturing performance.
• Develop standard work, process documents and KPIs for dashboards.
• Analyze workflows, identify wastes, and implement cost-reduction efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project savings/ROI.
