Job summary

Gravure Ink, a growing manufacturer with new temperature-controlled facilities in Indiana, seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the production floor and transactional areas. You will report to the Leadership Team and drive projects to achieve ISO certification goals.

The role emphasizes planning and executing Kaizen events, defining implementation plans, and sustaining improvements through rigorous measurement and change management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Continuous Improvement experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Willing to travel overnight up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction.
• Plan, facilitate, and execute continuous improvement events using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Teach, lead, and coach cross-functional teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology.
• Collaborate with multiple functions such as logistics to improve processes on production and transactional areas.
• Establish program objectives, scope, and criteria for project success.
