Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane on-site is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist. You will lead Lean Six Sigma projects, facilitate Kaizen events, and partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and safety.

The role emphasizes process mapping, root-cause analysis, and standard work, with day-one benefits and opportunities for growth in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or Business or 5+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or other directly relevant operational experience.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
• Knowledge of SCORE, DMAIC, A3 thinking, root cause analysis, process mapping, and value stream mapping.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events and improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and other Continuous Improvement methods.
• Define problems, scope, objectives, baselines, root causes, countermeasures, and sustainment.
• Develop project charters, process maps, action plans, and required documentation.
• Support prioritization of improvement opportunities and present to leadership for final selection.
• Coach teams to ensure data-based decisions and practical solutions.
