Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. is seeking a Director of Operational Excellence for its AMS network. This senior, hands-on role leads Lean initiatives, kaizen events, and problem-solving to improve efficiency and cost savings across seven metal manufacturing sites.

The role reports to the Center of Excellence and focuses on coaching, facilitating, and hands-on execution to build an OpEx culture and elevate performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or operations leadership in manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Proven track record leading large-scale change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with automation, standard work, and technology in operations settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver a multi-year savings roadmap to meet annual targets.
• Collaborate with business units to improve OEE and daily management practices.
• Facilitate kaizens across sites to drive transformational results and culture change.
• Develop and upskill OpEx network through coaching and enterprise trainings.
