Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Continuous Improvement Green Belt leader to promote a culture of excellence on-site. You will drive Lean Six Sigma projects, champion Kaizen events, and align with regional productivity targets across the site.

You will evaluate and implement new contract logistics technologies, partner with customers and suppliers, and validate savings with financial controllers while maintaining data integrity and developing productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years CI experience.
• 5 years in warehousing environment.
• 2–5 years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site CI program, drive Kaizen events, Lean Six Sigma projects and align with productivity targets.
• Evaluate, test and implement new contract logistics technologies with project portfolios.
• Partner with customers and suppliers to plan, calculate and deliver value-added services.
• Validate site savings with financial controllers, maintain data integrity, and develop productivity tools.
• Support operational excellence by developing SOPs, monitoring KPI-based steps, and coaching Belt levels.
