Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our Cranbury, New Jersey distribution center. You will lead a team, coordinate daily warehouse activities, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and accuracy in all operations.

The role requires 3+ years in a warehouse setting and 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, with at least 1 year operating powered industrial trucks and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through training and coaching.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure full and efficient operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain 5S in the workplace.
• Meet KPIs by optimizing efficiency and productivity while ensuring safety.
• Oversee accuracy of shipments, inventory integrity, and records.
• Be flexible to work overtime as needed.
