Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited program pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or another related field.

Responsibilities

• Work with all levels to identify and eliminate process waste; provide hands-on training and support.
• Formalize and administer continuous improvement activities across the organization.
• Direct and participate in Value Stream events; map current and future state; ensure follow-up for performance.
• Develop and track Lean performance metrics; report savings and financial impact to leadership.
• Develop and implement tools to enhance a Lean culture and communication.
• Lead improvement activities with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Suggest changes to working conditions and equipment to boost efficiency.
• Maintain quality records.
• Other related duties as assigned.
