Elanco Animal Health invites you to join our Fort Dodge manufacturing plant as an Operational Excellence Intern for Summer 2027. You will support Lean Six Sigma initiatives, analyze data, and help optimize workflows in a pharmaceutical environment.

We seek students in engineering, science, or data analysis who are eager to learn, work with cross-functional teams, and develop process-improvement skills through hands-on projects, with travel to Indianapolis for openings as needed.

Qualifications

• When enrolled in engineering, science, or data analysis field.
• Experience with data analysis and statistics is a plus.
• Interest in improving processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lean Six Sigma projects to drive OpEx improvements.
• Analyze data to identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Support cost-savings and time-management initiatives.
