Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager in Moore, South Carolina. This role leads cross-functional teams using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other CI methodologies to deliver high-impact process improvements.

It reports to senior leadership and manages a team of three direct reports focused on training and CI professionals. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and Green Belt certification (required); 3+ years in CI with experience in training and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 3 years in a Continuous Improvement environment.
• Green Belt Certification required; Black Belt preferred.
• Experience facilitating Lean fundamentals, TPM, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt courses.
• Experience leading Kaizen events or other structured improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business value by partnering with executive champions to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.
• Independently manage complex improvement initiatives and facilitate large-scale Kaizen events and cross-functional teams.
• Establish credibility and partnerships across all levels to drive sustainable change.
• Manage and develop a team of three direct reports, providing coaching and clear direction.
• Coach and develop shop-floor to management personnel to increase Lean capability.
• Promote root-cause problem solving, standard work, and data-driven decisions across the organization.
• Utilize data extraction and statistical analysis to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Train and facilitate Lean fundamentals, TPM, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt events.
• Travel throughout North America approximately 25% of the time.
