Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Moore, SC, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead Lean initiatives at the Spartanburg Manufacturing Site. You will drive waste reduction, problem solving, and standard work development, partnering with Operations, Maintenance and Quality to improve safety and throughput.

The role emphasizes coaching frontline teams, applying Lean daily management, and leading Kaizen events in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste across manufacturing operations.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities (RCCMs, A3s, DMAIC) to find root causes and implement durable solutions.
• Support change management to sustain process improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance and Quality to improve safety, quality and throughput.
• Develop understanding of plant systems and train frontline teams.
