Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Operations & Start-Up Manager in Spartanburg, SC to drive safe, efficient startup of new equipment and production lines. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, R&D, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity goals.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing leadership with a strong Lean/Six Sigma background, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 3+ years leading manufacturing teams and start-ups.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations and provide tactical direction to meet targets.
• Develop ramp-up strategies, KPIs, milestones, and risk plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional ramp-up activities across shifts.
• Establish visual management and performance tracking systems.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean, TPM, and 5S.
• Foster safety culture and ensure training compliance.
• Optimize staffing models and build high-performing teams.
• Oversee handovers to operations after CQV and ramp-up.
