Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• 2+ years CI leading CI projects or transformation projects required.
• Black Belt Certification preferred; Green Belt Certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Continuous Development of productivity decks.
• Generate cost reduction opportunities and implement process improvements to reduce manufacturing costs.
• Coordinate major initiatives across Supply Chain to ensure optimum cost across purchasing, distribution, manufacturing, R&D, packaging and engineering.
• Implement and train MOS & Lean / Six Sigma processes to plant personnel.
• Develop and maintain KPI visuals and the Priority One system; ensure projects are current.
• Lead 5S initiatives plant-wide and manage department budget.
• Mentor and coach staff and partner with business leaders on process improvement initiatives.
