You will manage an improvement portfolio, coach teams, engage stakeholders, and report CI metrics, partnering with corporate resources to deploy Yellow and Green Belt programs site-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma; Master Black Belt preferred.
• 5+ years in a chemical process/manufacturing setting with CI leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent coaching, influencing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lean Six Sigma deployment across the site with alignment to goals and best practices.
• Deliver foundational Lean Six Sigma training (Yellow/Green Belt) to site personnel.
• Identify, prioritize and manage CI projects with measurable impact on safety, quality and productivity.
• Coach teams and individuals in Lean tools and change management.
• Engage stakeholders to drive buy-in and sustain a CI culture.
• Track CI metrics and report site-wide performance improvements.
