Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials seeks a senior Continuous Improvement professional to lead Lean, Six Sigma and COS initiatives across manufacturing and business functions. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements, coach leaders, and guide multi-site improvement programs.

Responsibilities include facilitating Kaizen events, VSM, 5S, and standard work, plus tracking KPIs and savings while partnering with plant leadership to advance operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or related field with relevant experience.
• Preferred Master’s degree and Lean/Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or higher).
• Ability to lead Lean, Six Sigma, and COS initiatives across manufacturing and business functions.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events, process mapping, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and COS initiatives across manufacturing and business functions.
• Drive measurable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People metrics.
• Lead Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and standard work implementations.
• Utilize problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and countermeasures.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resources.
• Lead large cross-functional projects with strategic outcomes.
• Coach and develop employees and teams on CI methodologies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and results to all levels.
