Qualified candidates will have a BS degree (Master’s preferred), Six Sigma/Lean certification with 5+ years of experience, and strong coaching, communication, and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• BS Degree; Master’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• Certified in Six Sigma or Lean; minimum 5 years in Six Sigma/Lean/DFSS; MBB desired.
• Strong change leadership, coaching, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage Corporate Six Sigma Program policies and practices.
• Provide expert coaching on Six Sigma tools and methods.
• Facilitate Lean and Six Sigma training waves.
• Lead the Cost of Quality initiative for the site.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
• Drive accountability and track project reviews; travel 10–25%.
