Job summary

First Quality is seeking a Business Process Improvement Leader to drive Lean, Six Sigma and digital optimization across our manufacturing and support sites in PA and GA. You will lead cross-functional teams, map processes, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.

You will travel 40-50% among Absorbent Hygiene sites, partnering with IT and operations to standardize practices and embed data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• ASQ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• Minimum seven years in process improvement or industrial engineering.
• Experience leading in manufacturing or complex environments; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish optimization goals and strategic roadmap for the division.
• Assess current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Design and deploy Lean, Six Sigma and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering and operations to integrate digital tools.
• Develop and manage project roadmaps, budgets, and timelines.
• Create documentation for standardized processes and best practices.
• Lead workshops and training to build capability organization-wide.
