Job summary

Alberici, a North American construction company, seeks a Lean Services Manager to lead the Alberici Lean Edge (ALE) program across projects and training initiatives. The role partners with project teams to embed lean learning, improve outcomes, and expand continuous improvement culture.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5 years in construction, 1–2 years Lean experience, and be willing to travel across North America for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5 years of construction experience and 1–2 years of Lean experience.
• Must be willing to travel to project locations across North America (up to 85%).

Responsibilities

• Serves as a change agent implementing Lean best practices to improve project outcomes.
• Trains, mentors, and collaborates with teams on ALE core practices: Team Building, Conditions of Satisfaction, 5S, Gemba.
• Leads partnering sessions and Team Health assessments for large and diverse groups.
• Trains teams on the Last Planner System in a digital environment to ensure reliable work.
• Mentors project teams using the EDGE model (Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, Enable).
