Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. in Saint Louis, MO seeks a Lean Services Manager to train, implement, and oversee the Alberici Lean Edge (ALE) program across projects. You will partner with project teams to deliver lean training and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

You will mentor teams, drive Lean initiatives, and expand the culture of continuous improvement through Last Planner System, 5S and Gemba practices. Willingness to travel across North America is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 5 years of construction experience and 1-2 years of Lean experience.
• Willing to travel to project locations across North America (up to 85%).

Responsibilities

• Train, implement and oversee the Alberici Lean Edge (ALE) program for projects and related leadership programs.
• Mentor teams and expand Lean initiatives to improve project outcomes.
• Lead Last Planner System, 5S and Gemba practices and coaching.
• Facilitate phase pull plans, weekly coordination and daily huddles.
• Travel across North America to fulfill essential duties.
