Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Lean Manager in White Plains, NY to lead continuous improvement across project teams within the Project Services Group.

You will coach leaders, train staff on lean concepts, facilitate value stream improvements, and help set up DSU and lookahead processes while traveling up to 60% as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CM/engineering, 5+ years in construction ops, and proven facilitation experience in lean delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architectural or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction operations and/or design preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in group facilitation and implementing collaborative delivery (Integrated Project Delivery, Target Value Delivery, etc.).
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Passionate about leading changes and improving company processes.
• Experience, coursework, or certification in lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and teach Lean concepts across leadership levels.
• Facilitate and collaborate with internal departments and complex project teams.
• Lead continuous improvement events with company leaders and external clients.
• Challenge project teams to build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Set up Daily Stand Up Audits and ensure value-adding DSU.
