Alberici Constructors, Inc. headquartered in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Senior Lean Services Associate to lead Lean implementation on construction projects, coach teams in planning, and deliver Lean training.

The role requires traveling across North America up to 85% and collaborating with multiple operating companies to drive continuous improvement and project success. The position offers growth within the Lean Services group, opportunities for advanced facilitation, and active involvement in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field and 3-5 years of experience implementing Lean practices on construction projects.
Must be willing to travel to project locations across North America for extended periods (up to 85%).

Responsibilities

Independently leads Lean implementation on small to mid-sized construction projects.
Coaches teams during live planning to strengthen coordination and reliability.
Delivers Lean, Last Planner System, and 5S training to project teams.
Facilitates retrospectives and Team Health reviews.
Travels to project locations across North America to fulfill duties.
