Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. seeks a Lean Services Associate to support construction project delivery through Lean practices and Last Planner System on projects across North America.

You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and lean champions to plan, coordinate, and improve workflow reliability while developing foundational planning and facilitation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required, with 1–3 years of Lean‑driven project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience implementing Lean practices on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supports Lean implementation activities on smaller construction projects, with coaching from Senior Lean staff.
• Supports early planning cycles and helps teams own planning routines.
• Delivers introductory Lean and Last Planner System training materials.
