OMG Roofing Products is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to optimize material flow using SIOP data and a Kanban pull system. The role demands lean leadership, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer demand.

You will review production capabilities, drive CI initiatives, and coordinate with supply chains and commercial teams. A hands-on leader with a Bachelor’s degree and ERP experience (QAD preferred) will thrive in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Familiar with SIOP (Sales Inventory Operations Planning).
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel; ERP systems experience (QAD preferred).
• Ability to use data to identify trends and drive CI.
• Team-oriented with hands-on leadership style.

Aufgaben

• Promote safety as the number one priority.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, providing direction and support to the Service Delivery team to meet customer demand.
• Use SIOP to review production capability and procurement options.
• Review daily orders against inventory and manage the Kanban system.
• Communicate with internal and external supply chains for raw materials.
• Interact with commercial team to identify events impacting the plan.
• Hold weekly Kanban policy reviews across the value stream.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
