Job summary

OMG Roofing Products is seeking a Lean Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI initiatives across manufacturing, focusing on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and OEE to reduce time and cost in the supply chain. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and drive structured problem-solving to deliver tangible financial payback.

The role emphasizes training, Gemba engagement and the development of Kaizen roadmaps, with strong collaboration to support new product development and process

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years applying lean/CI in manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on cost reduction and payback.

Responsibilities

• Champion Lean and CI programs across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement lean tools (5S, value stream mapping, SMED) to reduce waste.
• Lead Kaizen events and drive root-cause analysis for process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to create roadmaps for strategic Lean initiatives.
• Coach and mentor teams on standard work, visual management and daily management.
• Track metrics and financial impact of CI activities for leadership review.
• Partner with QA to integrate process control and variability reduction.
