Responsibilities

• Promote safety as the top priority for all OMG employees.
• Lead CI and Lean Manufacturing initiatives within the Service Delivery team.
• Use SIOP data to review capacity and adjust production or procurement options.
• Review daily orders against inventory and manage the Kanban system.
• Coordinate with internal and external supply chains to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate with the commercial team on events impacting the plan.
• Conduct weekly Kanban policy and process reviews across the value stream.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
