Job summary

Hyundai Mobis Parts America is seeking a Specialist, Lean Safety & Maintenance to lead safety initiatives and embed lean concepts at our New Jersey PDC facility. You will act as a change agent, drive Kaizen events, and ensure maintenance planning supports production goals.

In this role, you will develop and deploy updated safety and lean processes, monitor KPIs, coordinate with HQ, and ensure accurate maintenance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in warehousing/distribution center preferred.
• Lean Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety rules are maintained and apply Lean principles across operations.
• Develop and deploy Safety and Lean processes with HQ guidance; drive KPIs.
• Maintain and report maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Coordinate with HQ to implement Lean tools and value streams.
