Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America, based at our Jefferson Warehouse, is seeking a Material Processor, Lead to oversee receipt, inspection, storage and distribution of automotive parts. You will model safety, quality, and productivity while guiding a team of about 10 peers.

Under PDC supervision, you will ensure accurate dealer parts processing, drive lean improvements, and maintain a clean, organized work area. The role requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years warehousing experience, and HazMat

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2-4 years in warehousing or distribution.
• HazMat Certification is required.
• Basic computer skills including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the assigned group processes Dealer parts orders accurately and with reliable quality.
• Guide all processors to meet and exceed MPA standards.
• Drive lean practices and continuous improvements as defined by leadership; set an exemplary work environment.
• Through supervision, identify and correct deficiencies of processors and/or processes.
• Drive the MPA culture of safet(y) and Quality.
