Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Senior Quality Leader to define and lead the quality strategy for a new greenfield manufacturing facility supporting ~600 employees.

You will embed quality into product development, manufacturing, testing, and daily operations while partnering with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS and Finance to prevent defects and improve customer satisfaction. You will build and mentor a high-performing quality team, drive risk management, and champion a Built-in-Quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations or related field with 7+ years in manufacturing/quality.
• 3+ years in quality leadership, including leading and developing quality professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Quality strategy, roadmap, and governance to improve performance.
• Establish and maintain the Quality Management System across the facility.
• Drive a zero-defect, built-in quality culture and prevent defects across processes.
• Lead manufacturing quality metrics like FTY, COQ, scrap, nonconformances and customer escapes.
• Oversee risk management, PFMEA, control plans, and measurement systems.
• Develop a high-performing Quality organization and cross-functional partnerships.
• Ensure quality improvements translate into measurable business results.
