GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Leader to join the Plant Leadership Team at a new greenfield facility supporting ~600 employees.

You will establish the Quality strategy and the Quality Management System, embedding quality into product and process development, manufacturing, testing, and daily operations. You will lead a team of Quality professionals, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, Finance, and other functions to prevent defects, reduce risk, and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related discipline with 7+ years in manufacturing, quality, or related fields, or 10 years equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of quality leadership experience, including leading and developing quality professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Quality strategy and roadmap in alignment with enterprise requirements.
• Establish quality systems, processes, controls, standards, and capabilities from design through ramp-up.
• Own the Quality Management System and ensure ISO/regulatory compliance.
• Drive a zero-defect/Built-in-Quality culture with prevention and standardization.
• Lead manufacturing quality performance and key KPIs (First Pass Yield, COPQ, scrap).
• Lead problem solving and corrective actions using 8D, A3, CAPA, PFMEA, RCA, and related methods.
• Manage quality risk and prevention through PFMEA, control plans, MSA, and audits.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Quality organization.
• Drive cross-functional improvements and Read Across to prevent issues.
• Ensure governance and benefits realization with measurable results.
