Qualifications

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service and SAP.
- BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong safety/compliance focus.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes service operations strategy.
- Drives Lean Six Sigma initiatives across service org.
- Facilitates Lean Six Sigma events and analyses.
- Implements improvement projects delivering measurable outcomes.
- Oversees end-to-end service operations from request to closeout and tracks KPIs.
- Optimizes SAP and Salesforce processes for efficiency.
- Partners across functions to improve performance and customer experience.
- Deploys ABB quality strategy across area of responsibility.
