Job summary

Wesco in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Manager - LEAN to lead the delivery of large-scale improvement programs across our global business. You will partner with sales, commercial and other functions to develop sustainable Lean solutions and promote Lean behaviors at multiple levels.

You will coach teams on Lean methods, support deployment of the Wesco Lean Business System, and drive improvements in customer experience and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Lean certifications preferred.
• 5 years in Lean leadership in a medium/large company; or 2 years plus 3+ years related experience.
• Proven leadership of teams and stakeholder impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of end-to-end improvements with balance of quality, performance and urgency.
• Build relationships with leaders to drive Lean adoption and waste reduction.
• Coach Lean methods with commercial stakeholders to resolve business problems.
• Support enterprise deployment of Wesco Lean Business System and track progress.
• Travel 25%–50% as needed.
