Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services seeks a senior leader to own the Lean Management System across manufacturing, field, installation, and offices. You will coach 140 managers, align Lean across locations, and drive problem solving with the CEO and leadership team.

Responsibilities include extending Continuous Improvement into office and digital processes, coordinating external Lean consultants, and building the Wisenbaker Way to durable, scalable leadership and execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Operational Excellence, or related operational leadership roles.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity, with responsibility for leading CI/Operational Excellence teams or enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and sustaining a Lean Management System across multiple locations or business units.

Responsibilities

• Own the Lean Management System across manufacturing, field, installation, branches, and support functions.
• Coach and develop CI Managers, creating alignment while allowing location-specific problem solving.
• Coordinate external Lean consultants and consolidate their work into one Wisenbaker system.
• Develop curriculum, training routines, and coaching to empower ~140 managers to lead Continuous Improvement.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Leadership on gemba walks, leader standard work, visual management, and problem solving.
