You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, manage performance, and support talent acquisition while promoting a positive workplace culture and adherence to lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, assembly, distribution, or lean production.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams in manufacturing or distribution settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for employees.
• Mentor team members, give performance feedback, ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Develop cross-training plans to increase workforce flexibility.
• Lead Tier meetings and drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and improve ops.
• Ensure safety policy compliance and identify hazards with corrective actions.
• Maintain product quality via standard work and procedures.
• Drive lean initiatives: 5S, single-piece flow, SMED, line balancing.
