Job summary

Wagner in Milwaukee seeks a Team Leader to coordinate a group of production employees in a high-volume bending and machining environment. You will oversee safety, quality, and on-time production, set daily plans, and drive continuous improvement through coaching and process discipline.

Must have 3–5 years bending equipment experience, strong blueprint reading, and ability to operate hoisting and material handling equipment. This is a full-time, on-site role in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma and 3–5 years’ experience operating bending equipment.
• Experience with reading blueprints and tolerances is required.
• Ability to operate multiple shop floor machines and tools.
• Knowledge of safety and quality processes in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of a group of employees to meet safety, production, and quality standards.
• Set daily production plan and schedule personnel within work centers.
• Operate and set up machines, follow blueprints, and measure pieces against specs.
• Train and coach team members; monitor training progress and competencies.
• Maintain 5-S workplace organization and cleanliness.
• Perform inventory and material supply tasks as required.
• Provide timely quality feedback and coordinate with maintenance.
