Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred for advanced roles.
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience is required; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SAP, injection molding, and lean tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe workplace; lead safety investigations and training as needed.
• Build and lead a high-performing team; manage recruiting, onboarding and retention.
• Oversee production scheduling, priorities, and on-time delivery; monitor quality and downtime.
