Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace and conduct safety investigations.
• Build a high-performing team and manage headcount.
• Supervise production associates to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Review shipping schedules and production capabilities to meet deadlines.
• Inspect quality and equipment; drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize materials usage and lean initiatives.
• Lead communications and employee engagement.
• Promote continuous improvement using lean tools.
