Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Lean / Six Sigma and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly manufacturing team and translate strategic goals into daily execution.
• Champion safety by enforcing regulations and fostering vigilance.
• Drive operational excellence and own team performance to meet production targets.
• Apply strategic focus and problem solving to allocate resources and address safety and quality issues.
• Embrace servant leadership to build high-performing teams and develop staff.
• Use data to reduce downtime and quality defects and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate inefficiencies and pursue production quality.
• Address conflicts fairly and maintain positive relationships with team, suppliers, and unions.
• Ensure accountability and collaboration across departments to drive improvements.
