Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years supervisory or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly team to deliver safe, high-quality output and meet production targets.
• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations to sustain vigilance.
• Use data to reduce downtime and defects, and report attendance and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions.
• Resolve conflicts fairly and maintain strong working relationships with team, union, and management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and allocate resources.
