You will champion safety, cost control, scheduling, and manpower to maximize efficiency in a union-free environment.

The role requires a BS in a business/technical field (or equivalent) with 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing, plus SAP/ShopFloor experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
