Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Production Supervisor for our plant in Carlisle, PA. You will lead shifts to meet production schedules, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement using lean practices.

This role partners with maintenance and cross-functional teams to optimize line performance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in industrial manufacturing with leadership experience; a higher qualification is preferred and a strong focus on training and problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in industrial manufacturing with leadership experience; 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to shift personnel to meet production requirements.
• Review inventory and production levels; adjust as needed for efficiency.
• Fill in for other Production Supervisors during absences.
• Enforce company policies to ensure fair, consistent practices.
• Provide feedback to crew leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production Scheduling, Shipping, QA, Engineering, and HR.
