Job summary

You will coach a diverse team, implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet product specs and customer expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, process knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects with fair and consistent discipline.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of production management in manufacturing.
• Lean and Six Sigma background a plus.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing of product and support improvement projects to reduce costs.
• Coach and develop hourly and supervisory staff; conduct appraisals.
• Lead staffing decisions and resource planning across shifts.
• Develop team members to solve problems using Lean tools.
• Interface with departments to maintain team-building environment.
• Understand processes, product costs, scheduling, and quality basics.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies in daily operations.
