Job summary

Carlisle Companies Plant 4 is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations on a rotating shift. The role reports to the Value Stream Manager and may supervise in Mixing, Conventional, ERH, or Conversion. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time production while fostering teamwork across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; leadership potential encouraged.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing supervision preferred.
• Familiarity with lean practices and plant information systems.
• Knowledge of SAP, SFIS, Trend, and payroll systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift leadership to meet output targets and safety standards.
• Review WIP levels and adjust manpower, downtime, and material quality accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to plant information systems, schedules, and reporting.
• Coach and develop crew leaders; enforce company policies consistently.
• Lead cost-reduction efforts and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Coordinate information flow between production, QA, and HR.
