Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor's or an Associate degree with leadership experience in manufacturing, plus Lean Green Belt preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of leadership experience in Manufacturing or Operations.
• Or Associates degree with 3 years of leadership experience in Manufacturing or Operations.
• Lean Green Belt – Preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations: plans and forecasts production activities and priorities to meet ship date.
• Drive lean continuous improvement: design processes, evaluate results and drive solutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, engineering, supply chain, and production planning.
• Requisitions materials and other equipment to achieve schedules.
• Coach employees and leads through improvement efforts.
• Ensure safety policies and quality standards are enforced.
